Todd Udall specializes in high-level tax planning, tax preparation, and business advisory services, with a strong emphasis on retirement and estate planning strategies. He earned both his Master of Tax and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1989. Todd began his career at prestigious international accounting firms, including Touche Ross & Co. and Deloitte & Touche, where he developed a strong foundation in advising high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses—experience that continues to shape the value he brings to clients today.​

Todd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.​

Outside of his professional work, Todd is active in his community. He served in various leadership capacities for Scouts of America including earning the Silver Beaver, attending Philmont leadership and Woodbadge. Served on the Eagle Scout Board including being an Eagle Scout himself. He has also enjoyed coaching youth soccer, basketball, and baseball in local recreation leagues, currently coaching his grandchildren in soccer.

Tom’s experience in public accounting with "Big 4" and local accounting firms provides a level of expertise and specialization ranging from consolidated multi-state corporations and large partnerships to high-level individual tax issues. Consequently, his clients take comfort in knowing that his tax knowledge and experience applies to, and aids, a wide variety of taxpayers.

Tom’s clientele ranges from large professional service firms including medical and dental groups to manufacturing, construction, real estate investment companies, and high net worth individuals.

Tom obtained his Master’s Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation and his Bachelors in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1989.

Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, Tom enjoys community service, golfing, traveling with his wife/family, and attending sporting events and theatrical performances, especially those of his children.

Alan spent the first eleven years of his career with an international CPA firm serving private and publicly held companies in the Bay Area, and along the Wasatch Front.  His primary focus was on tax compliance and tax consulting services in the real estate industry for multi-tiered partnership and S-corporation structures. He also provided federal, state, and international tax compliance services along with various tax consulting services to corporations and individuals.  Industries served in addition to real estate include technology, construction, professional sports, professional services and manufacturing.

Alan also spent two years living with his family in Bangalore India serving as the US Business Tax Compliance Leader at the Ernst & Young Global Talent Hub.  While there he hired and trained hundreds of tax professionals, and acted as a liaison with the US teams. 

Alan now enjoys working with a variety of clients including small businesses and individuals in the Salt Lake area and other parts of the country. 

Alan obtained his Master’s Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation and his Bachelors in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 2001.

Alan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. If Alan is not at the office, he is probably at his kids school or sporting events, boating at the reservoir, or somewhere in Wyoming.

Curtis Udall is a numbers guy with a people-first mindset. A proud graduate of BYU’s Master of Accountancy program with an emphasis in Tax (class of 2015), Curtis kicked off his career at PwC, where he focused on Partnership tax before joining Udall CPA Group in 2017. Fast-forward to 2023, and he’s now a partner at the firm, where he helps clients navigate the ever-changing world of taxes and finance with comprehensive, high-touch, strategic tax planning services.​

Curtis works closely with professional service groups and real estate private equity clients, offering customized tax planning and financial guidance. His main goal is to maximize peace of mind, take the stress out of the process, and deliver hands-on, proactive service that frees clients up to focus on what they do best—while he handles the rest.​

His work goes far beyond tax returns. Curtis provides comprehensive planning that weaves together strategies across tax, retirement, entity structuring, estate planning, business operations, and more. Licensed as a CPA since 2016 and an Investment Adviser Representative since 2022, Curtis brings a well-rounded perspective to every client relationship. He’s also a proud member of the AICPA and the Nevada Society of CPAs, staying sharp and connected in the accounting world.​

When he’s not crunching numbers, Curtis is all about community and family. He coaches youth sports, serves in his church, and loves spending time with his wife and four kids. He’s also an Eagle Scout, a former missionary in Maryland (2008–2010), and a lifelong learner who’s always picking up new hobbies—whether it’s running, cooking, woodworking, or stargazing through his telescope.​
