Todd specializes in high-level tax planning, tax preparation, business advisory services, including retirement planning alternatives. His emphasis has been predominately focused on servicing professional firms such as physicians, dentists, attorneys, engineers, architects and consultants.  Todd’s clients receive valuable advice to enhance optimal business growth while minimizing taxes.  Additionally, Todd has a broad range of other clients ranging from wholesale to manufacturing and retail to real estate.

Many of the business owners Todd services are high net worth individuals with specific needs in which proper tax planning significantly impacts the client’s financial affairs.  Estate and pension planning are examples of tax saving structures used to minimize taxes and maximize savings and future growth.

In 1989, Todd received his Masters of Accountancy (Tax Emphasis) and Bachelors in Accounting from Brigham Young University.  Todd worked for the Big Eight and Four Firms, specifically Touche Ross & Co and Deloitte & Touche for approximately 7 years gaining invaluable experience working with high net worth taxpayers, gaining significant planning concepts related to estates and retirement plans.

Todd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He currently serves as Eagle Scout Board member and has served as a scout leader for over 25 years.  He coached youth soccer, basketball and baseball for the Henderson Park and Recreations Department and Nevada Youth Soccer Leagues for over 10 years.
